Privacy notice
How Feature Room uses the information you send through this website.
Last updated 9 October 2026.
Who we are
Feature Room is a photography service run by Adam in Manchester. Feature Room is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact: adam@featureroom.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the quote form, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your phone number, if you choose to give it
- the town or postcode of the property, the type of property and the project details you write
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, arrange and carry out the work. We do not add you to a mailing list, send marketing emails or sell your information.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries and keeping the form free of spam.
Services that handle your information
- Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver and protect the site.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks quote form submissions for spam. It processes signals such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from automated software. SeeCloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.
- Resend delivers the contents of the quote form to Feature Room’s inbox as an email.
- Google Workspace hosts Feature Room’s email, so enquiries and our replies are stored in that mailbox.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they are required to protect it under the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you become a client, we keep the related emails as part of our business records. We delete enquiries that do not lead to work when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it or object to our using it. Email adam@featureroom.co.uk.
